Peter started the company up in 2005 and has over 28 years experience in the Retail industry working in both Operations for Kwik Save and Marketing, for Somerfield. His latest position held was in Musgrave GB as the Development Director and was part of the Executive board. The industry gained from his global knowledge and experience through the development of innovative award winning formats across many brands in the independent convenience sector. He is recognise as one of the leading experts on convenience retailing across the world, completing presentations at NACS in USA and the South Africa conference in Cape Town.

He is continuing to grow RMS divisions as a total turn-key service in store development to retailers through innovative solutions to store format design to full implementation with the best in industry for value for money. The customer base continues to grow with several Blue Chip Companies for his experience and new services. He continues to build long term relationships and partnerships of best practitioners within the industry. He has recently acquired the Kwik Save Brand and has launched the first store in Spain.

He continues to travel the world extensively to find best practice, which has given him a wealth of knowledge of global format and a leader in the industry.
