Wayne joined RMS as Operations Manager in April 2005 appointed as a Director of the Company. He came from a comprehensive Retail background and brought a wealth of experience with him. Prior to RMS Wayne worked for Kwik Save and later Somerfield for 16 years working his way up from Store Manager to Divisional Executive.
