Job Summary: Job Title: Merchandiser Team Leaders

Reporting to: Account Manager

Responsible for: The successful implementation of a retail program

Brief Description

To join an exciting company with great opportunities to further progress your career. To lead a team of merchandisers. To successfully implement planograms, within set timescales. Working throughout the UK, in varying retail environments.
Candidates need to be hardworking, flexible, with a "hands on" approach. To be able to work un-socialable hours, Night/Day shifts.
Working away from home will be required for this position.

Manage a team of people
To be able to demonstrate planogram implementation experience.
Taking accountability for setting own and their teams, work standard.
Working to set timescales.
Proactive in problem solving.
Must posses the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Communicate effectively with the Project Manager & other colleagues.
Interact with the Retail Team.
Not afraid of hard work, with long hours.
Preferably be able to drive with own car - however this is not essential.

Conditions and Hours of Work

Competitive hourly rate.
0 to 55 hours per week, hours will vary.
Bed & Breakfast Accommodation, when staying away from home.
Travel Expenses.

Merchandiser - Person specification


Work Experience

Minimum of 1 years Retail Experience.
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Merchandising knowledge
Can demonstrate Practical Experience
Can follow set Processes and Procedures
Customer Service background


Abilities

Ability to motivate others, lead by example.
Communicate at all levels
To be proactive in creating solutions
