Peter saw the need for a flexible, highly skilled workforce that could meet the dynamic and growing demands of retailers. By creating a well-trained and adaptable team, RMS quickly established itself as a reliable provider of merchandising services, able to cater to the unique needs of each retailer.

Since our inception, we’ve grown significantly to become one of the UK’s leading retail services providers. Following the sudden passing of Peter in 2015, his son Daniel, previously the company’s Development Director, became the new CEO, bringing fresh energy and a bold vision for the future. Under Daniel’s leadership, RMS underwent a strategic transformation, introducing a stronger focus on innovation, technology and operational excellence. These changes have secured the company’s long-term stability and positioned RMS for continued growth.
