As an experienced retail leader you will be managing, working and travelling as part of an experienced team of retail professionals within one of our retail transformation teams, travelling across the UK & Ireland.
Taking a lead role in achieving continuous performance improvements through strong leadership, challenge and innovation, and through active participation in the culture of our retail partners will encourage consistent work, active investment in your future and a support network to help you achieve your goals and progress in your career.
The Key Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in a live retail environment
- Reliable and proactive
- Good communicator
- The correct attitude to lead and mentor your teams
- Full UK drivers licence (desirable)
