Every month we celebrate and reward members of the RMS team that have done a great job and gone above and beyond in their work.
We recognise everyone's hard work week in week out as everyone has their role to play in making RMS a successful business and we like to celebrate as much positive feedback as possible!
We select a team of the month and a scheme hero from those that have worked on projects during the month and then an employee of the month is nominated by our field team who have the opportunity to vote for an EOTM after every job.

The Team of the Month goes to the B&Q team working in B&Q Hull - St Andrews Quay

🙌 Scheme Hero for June 2023 🙌
Dan Hobbs is the Scheme Hero for June.
After some issues arose in store that were out of our control, he re-phased all of the works in store to enable all teams working on the project for B&Q to finish ahead of schedule. He has also been in and supported teams in other stores to ensure that consistency is kept across all of our teams.
