Project Support Assistant

£25k - £35k depending on experience


Place of work: Cardiff / Remote
Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project support functionality within the RMS Installation division.
  • Responsible for turning project concept into quality delivery onsite through:
    • Well written phasing plans.
    • Store visits and audits.
    • Clear and concise field communication.
  • Accurate and timely reporting into the Head of Install and other stakeholders via various communication methods for multiple projects.
    • Working alongside the Logistics team to ensure smooth onsite delivery to a high standard.
  • Understand and aid the project team administration requirements and process to deliver quality and professional services to our retail partners.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team and build good relationships.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience in strict health and safety environments.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Happy to work away from home when required.
  • Previous role within retail or project delivery. 

Desirable Experience and Skills:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Project management qualification, eg Prince2
  • Knowledge/Certification in heavy duty racking installation, e.g. SEIRS
  • Previous employment or interactions with existing RMS retailers.
  • Management and Leadership qualifications.
